Rationale

This view combines information collected during the EHRi administration function and information from the new patient function.

Implementation Considerations

An organization registers applications with the EHRi administration organization. The location of the registration type applications that are responsible for sending new patient notifications will have at least nominal electronic records and may have paper records for the particular person who is registered as a patient. No additional respondant burden is required to create a valuable index.
