Cough Recheck (10.1.2) Storyboard: TB (10.1)
John Cardinal has been unwell recently with a prominent cough. He returns to see Dr. Gold at the university’s student health clinic because his cough has persisted for a number of weeks and he has developed some pain on one side of his chest his inspiration.
Dr. Gold re-assesses John and this time hears what he thinks is a mild rub. He orders a chest x-ray and completes his record of the encounter. He arranges to see John again in follow up shortly.

This health service follows upon the TB First Assessment (see 10.1.1) and describes all the health service events taken during the patient visit to the clinic of the university. The patient comes from another jurisdiction and he lives in the current jurisdiction while going to university.
Each health service event takes place during a same period of time (e.g. without cut of time), in presence or not of involved client; the health service events can be grouped in a health service encounter.
