This service provides functions at two levels. One at the integration level where subscribers of data are provided with content over appropriate integration channels. The other is set at a higher level, where users can subscribe to specific content. When the specific condition is observed or a subscribed content is published then the user is notified with that information. This service manages subscribers and publishers. Alerts and notifications are handled by the service of the same name described in this model.
