1 Communication Step Summary

Description:

This EHR Communication Step will use client identifying information to return a list of the locations where a patient has received care recorded in multiple jurisdictions (using EHRS Locator services). The information type and a range of dates are optional parameters to allow searching for patient / service location interactions within a requested period.
