Definition
An event that modifies the state of a delivery site in terms of its ability to delivery services.
It be used during the assembly of all the resources into a specific place to enable the capability of providing the specified health services.
This as the pre-condition deployment events prior to being able to register a delivery site as having particular clinical capabilities. Each of the resource events associated to the specific type of resource would be necessary pre-conditions prior to deployment (that is, you can’t deploy human resources or equipment to enable services if you haven’t acquired them). The Delivery Site Governance Event is the recognition of that capability and may even be stronger – it may be authorizing the delivery of service because the appropriate resources were assembled.
