data about a subject.
Observations often involve measurement or other elaborate
methods of investigation,
but may also be simply assertive statements. Diagnoses,
findings, symptoms, etc.
are also Observations. Exemples: Symptoms, Findings,
Diagnoses, Examination Measures, Test Results, Test
Interpretations, Adverse Reactions, including Allergies.
